All prices are listed in BDT and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice due to product availability, market shifts, or promotional adjustments. Any import duties or additional local taxes are the responsibility of the customer if applicable.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept:

• bKash Payment (Merchant/Personal)

• Cash on Delivery (inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area only)
  Online payments are processed securely. In some cases, we may contact you for verification to prevent fraudulent orders.

DELIVERY TIMELINE & FEES

• Delivery across Bangladesh: 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery charges are mentioned at checkout.
  Delays due to courier service disruptions are beyond our control.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, items displayed may be out of stock. If this occurs, you will be notified. You may choose to wait, replace, or cancel the item. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We guarantee 100% original, brand-certified watches only. Every piece goes through quality checks and is backed by a product authenticity promise.

PRODUCT COLOR & IMAGE ACCURACY

We aim to show product images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings. Design variations may occur due to manufacturing batches.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it on the spot during delivery. Once received in unused, original condition with all packaging, a replacement or refund will be initiated as applicable.

WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

We offer a 30-day service warranty on mechanical faults and battery issues (not due to physical damage or misuse).
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with proof of purchase to file a complaint.
